Spaghetti Squash
Why eat pasta when you can cram more vegetables into your body?

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 cups pasta sauce
- 1 spaghetti squash
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
- Place spaghetti squash, cut side down, in a baking dish and add a half an inch of water.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the spaghetti squash is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
- When cool enough to handle, rake out the squash in strands with a fork.
- Add sauce and veggies.
