Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup bulgarian yogurt
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Method

  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Remove the egg yolks and set them aside into a small bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Add yogurt, mustard powder, vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  4. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for up to one day before serving.
