Spaghetti Squash

Why eat pasta when you can cram more vegetables into your body?
Prep Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cups pasta sauce
  • 1 spaghetti squash

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  3. Place spaghetti squash, cut side down, in a baking dish and add a half an inch of water.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the spaghetti squash is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
  5. When cool enough to handle, rake out the squash in strands with a fork.
  6. Add sauce and veggies.
