Spinach Quiche
Real men don't eat quiche. Unless they're sexually secure.
Serves 4-6


Ingredients
- black pepper
- 1 cup cheese shredded cheddar
- 4 eggs
- 3 ounces feta crumbled
- 1 frozen pie crust 9-inch
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 green onion chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 9-10 ounces spinach chopped
Method
- Set out the frozen pie crust to thaw.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, toss together spinach, green onions, feta, cheddar, pepper to taste, and garlic powder.
- Spoon mixture evenly into the pie crust.
- Add eggs and milk to large mixing bowl, and beat on medium speed until combined.
- Pour into the pie crust, letting the spinach mixture combine nicely with the egg mixture.
- Bake until center of quiche is cooked throughout (about 50-55 minutes).
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
