Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 pound chicken cooked and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch (optional)
  • 2 medium green onion
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cups mushroom sliced
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Method

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together: soy sauce, vinegar, honey, oil, and corn starch
  2. Slice the veggies. Heat a wok to medium-high and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the veggies and sauté until they are soft yet crunchy (7 minutes).
  3. Add the sauce and cook for a couple more minutes, moving constantly until it starts to thicken. Serve with green onions.
