Stir Fry


Ingredients
- 3 medium bell pepper sliced
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 1 pound chicken cooked and sliced
- 2 tablespoons corn starch (optional)
- 2 medium green onion
- 2-4 tablespoons honey
- 4 cups mushroom sliced
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Method
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together: soy sauce, vinegar, honey, oil, and corn starch
- Slice the veggies. Heat a wok to medium-high and add the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the veggies and sauté until they are soft yet crunchy (7 minutes).
- Add the sauce and cook for a couple more minutes, moving constantly until it starts to thicken. Serve with green onions.
