Southwest Dip
Dip. You know... for chips
Ingredients
- 15 ounces black beans
- 1/2 cup chiles
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 15 ounces corn
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce mild
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup onion
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups tomato chopped
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight.
