Hardboiled Eggs

Method
- Use eggs that are a few days old to ease peeling.
- Place eggs in a pot and fill with cold water, covering the eggs by an inch.
- Bring the pot to boil.
- Turn off the heat and cover the pot.
- Set a timer for 10 minutes.
- Grab a bowl and fill it with ice water.
- Spoon the eggs into the ice bath. This will stop the eggs from overcooking.
- Peel and enjoy.
