Hardboiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • water

Method

  1. Use eggs that are a few days old to ease peeling.
  2. Place eggs in a pot and fill with cold water, covering the eggs by an inch.
  3. Bring the pot to boil.
  4. Turn off the heat and cover the pot.
  5. Set a timer for 10 minutes.
  6. Grab a bowl and fill it with ice water.
  7. Spoon the eggs into the ice bath. This will stop the eggs from overcooking.
  8. Peel and enjoy.
