Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 3 cups cheese shredded
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds potato chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard and garlic powders, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Lightly grease the bottom of your crockpot. Place the potatoes on the bottom. Layer with onion, bell peppers, broccoli, then cheese. Repeat again ending with the cheese. Pour all of the egg mixture on top.
- Crockpot for 4 hours on low.
